4.2.3 mpo868 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
4.3.1 Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
4.3.2 All withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account verified as belonging to the account holder. mpo868 will not transfer funds to any account held in a different name.
4.3.3 mpo868 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Members are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.
4.3.4 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where mpo868 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5.1 All wagers placed on the mpo868 platform are final once confirmed. Members should verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. mpo868 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly provided for under the Platform's specific sport or game rules.
5.2 mpo868 offers the following gaming categories, each governed by its own supplementary rule set accessible within the Platform:

5.5 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any single selection within a mix parlay is voided, that selection will be removed and the remaining selections will form a revised accumulator at adjusted odds.

11.3 mpo868's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits mpo868's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 mpo868 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (c) continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to mpo868.
12.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms, mpo868 reserves the right to forfeit all real-money balances and bonus funds held in the account. Where closure is initiated by mpo868 for operational reasons unrelated to Member conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method after applicable KYC verification is completed.
13.1 mpo868 operates as an internationally regulated online gaming platform.
